2) Finding required properties online
3) Arrange appointments (If required)
4) Post and manage online advertisements
5) Prepare property proposal by doing research
6) Well verse in English Speaking and Writing

1) Admin + Account Works
This is a property & project management company which is involved in property consultation and construction, project development, property management and other property related business.
** We have 2 full time positions currently**
Requirements:
For Telemarketer
– Fluent in English is DEFINITELY required
– Must be good online and computer
– Work independently
** Incentive will be given based on the deals
For account clerks
– Basic in accounting is needed
– Fluent in English is required
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 530pm
Saturday 9am to 2pm
Sunday Off
Start work: 1st November 2016
Generally:
– Good in computers and it’s software like Microsoft Office, Photo Editor
– Added advantage if you have experience in property related company and can speak Mandarin
– Able to multitasking and work in a team
Salary ranging from RM 1,500 to RM 2,500 depends on skills and experience.
Employee benefits will be provided and profit sharing from company’s revenue will shared among employees based on performance.
