Programme Approach
I. A one month training covering both soft and functional skills for each graduate
II. Six months placement with sizeable and meaningful job scope for each graduate
III. A monthly allowance of minimum RM1,500 for each graduate and adequate insurance coverage
Eligibility Criteria

Kelly Services SL1M Programme aims at the following target groups:
a. Malaysian graduates from universities with a recognized Bachelor’s degree;
b. CPGA 2.00 and above;
c. Age 27 years old and below;
d. Have been unemployed for more than 6 months upon completion of his/her final exam;
e. Have not participated in any SL1M or similar programme; and
f. Possesses strong interest towards being employed.
