Due to expansion of our company and its subsidiaries, we have a vacancy for Quantity Surveyor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Estimating tenders, processing of claims and
contract administration
2. Submitting monthly claims to clients and
resolve with clients in certification
3. Manage commercial documentation and cost in
project design whilst achieving required standards
and quality.
4. Oversee the financial contract administration
throughout the project duration
5. Preparation and calculation of project(s)
costing
6. Taking-off quantities and preparation of Bill
of Quantities
7. Preparation of work order to sub-contractors.

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s
Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
2. Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
3. At least 1 year of working experience in the
related field
4. Knowledge of AutoCAD/Autodesk is an added
advantage is required for this position.
5. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in
Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
6. Possess own transport.
7. Applicant should be Malaysian citizen.
