Finance Manager – Melaka – Rintiz Group

REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or equivalent from any recognized educational institution
2. Possess at least 5 years related experience and similar position
3. Candidates with Certified Public Accountant (MIA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are preferable
4. Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the result of analysis to management

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Funds Management
– Forecast cash flow management, ensure the sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
– Assist in determining the company’s proper capital structure
– Arrange for equity and debt financing
– Assist in account payable & receivable activities

2. Budgeting
– Oversee the overall corporate budget preparation, management and monitoring process.
– Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reason for those variances.
– Monitor and manage all expenses within the allocated budget

3. Financial Analysis
– Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities
– Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company
– Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
– Manage the capital budgeting process based on constraint and cash flow analysis
– Formulating strategic and long term business plans
– Researching the factors influencing business performance
– Review project analysis and recommend any changes if needed
– Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time
