Finance and Admin – Johor – Ledco Professional Sdn Bhd

“Food & Beverages Ledco Sdn. Bhd. is primarily involved in food service and catering management.

It initially served numerous cafeterias and food courts in the industrial and corporate sectors.
– Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
– Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
– Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
– Data enter invoices for payment
– Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable
– Establish and maintain confidential casual employee files
– Calculate salaries and benefits
– Verify pay amounts, hours of work, deductions, etc.
– Data enter of payroll information
– Prepare and remit source deductions and payroll tax
– Maintain inventory files
– Monitor and order office supplies
– Prepare purchase orders
– Maintain a filing system for all financial documents
– Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Professional Certificate, Diploma,Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance or Administrative or equivalent.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Required skill(s) : MS Office , MS Excel
Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia & English
At least 1 year working experience in the related fields is required in this position.
