Job Descriptions :
1. Assist client’s in incorporating and maintaining their company
2. Supervise the staff and perform quality control
3. Incorporate of a new company / shelf company
4. Client’s company documents preparation and lodgement
5. Client’s company documents filling
6. Assist in secretarial credit control
7. Applying and registering license
Requirements :
• Proficiency in spoken and witten English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Very complience oriented, meticulous and careful in doing work
• Experience working with company secretary is an advantage
• Can start working immidiately or latest on 1st January 2017
• Good working attitude, ability to work independently with minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills
