Job Description
Making Cash collections and deliveries to customer premises
Ensure the safe collection and delivery of cash either as the crew member
To provide a high standard of customer service to the business partner
Report any variances or changes to the way your job is handled to the Executive or manager
To assist customers that are in need of assistance maintaining a good working relationship with the customers and/or stakeholders
Maintain good communication with the Executive to relate problems to him/her so that they can be resolved professionally
Ensure that company property is protected from threat
Maintain the equipment provided including personal protective equipment
To report any criminal activity in accordance with company procedures

Job Requirement
Minimum SPM
Able to speak and write in English
Willing to work 6 days a week
Possess own transport
Comfortable working during weekends and public holidays
Self-motivated and good attitude
MALAYSIAN CITIZEN ONLY
