Scope Of General Duties and Responsibilities.
– To do filling accordingly to make sure files are in order.
– To answer phone call & entertain clients / customers if required.
– To type any formal letter as per request mainly in English and in Bahasa have sound knowledge of Excel and Word.
– To make sure the accounts transactions are recorded accordingly
– Prepare payment voucher and cheque for clients
