Admin cum Accounts Executive – Kuala Lumpur – I Love Pho Sdn. Bhd

Responsibilities:
– Able to handle full set of accounts
– To assist with vendor sourcing, purchasing & payments
– To assist operations team with daily stock check
– Monitor cash flow and petty cash account
– Handle bank reconciliation, processing expenses, tax returns and GST entries
– To handle routine accounting works efficiently including transaction updates into the system
– Accounting entries into SQL accounting system
– Organize and maintain good filing and documentation system
– To prepare monthly sales report
– Assist with planning and coordinating human resource activities including staff welfare and benefits
– To perform other duties and general administrative tasks as assigned
– To undertake any ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
– Candidate must be able to type Official Letters for administrative purposes
– Knowledge in SQL accounting software will be an added advantage
– Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast moving environment to meet tight deadlines
– Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
– Applicant must be willing to work in KL area
– Working hours are 9am to 6pm, 5.5 days work
– Possess own transport and willing to travel within nearby locations if needed
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia / English
– At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Required skills: Computer literate, and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
– Can start work immediately

Requirements:
– Minimum SPM / Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
– Entry level specialized in Finance General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
