Admin cum Account Executive
(Selangor-USJ)
Admin cum Account Executive is responsible for
• General accounting which include processing invoices, receivables, payable and etc
• Prepare Purchase order and update into office workflow system
• Maintain accounting records and perform filling of documents
• Assist in administrative works and other duty assigned by management
• Routine payment follow up for customers
• Co-operate with technical department to keep track of stock records of all the equipment
• Prepare agreement for all the customers.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 -2 years of relevant experience
• SPM, STMP, Certificate or Diploma holder in Accounting
• Must be able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Self-motivated player and willing to learn
• Knowledge of MYOB would be an advantage
Offer:
• Salary from RM 1500 to 2500, depends on qualification
