RESPONSIBILITIES
– Organize and maintain current files and records.
– Good in computer and organization skills.
– Handling of AP (Account Payable) & AR (Account Receivable).
– Update daily general accounting.
– Handling invoicing, delivery order & payment voucher,etc.
– Key in data, cash flow and book keeping.
– Basic knowledge in SQL accounting system will be an added advantage.
– Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
– Own transport
– Working hours : 8.30am ~5.30pm ; 5 days work per week.
