Admin Assistant Cum Service Coordinator – Kuala Lumpur – Pestaid Services Sdn Bhd

We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to support our Service Coordinating team.
The successful candidate must be a fast learner and able to work efficiently with minimum supervision. Able to think outside of the box and quick to act.

• Attend incoming calls and email enquiries
• Liaise with customers via phone & email for inspections, service appointments and arrangement
• Create service schedule for customers
• Vehicle route optimization
• Manage technician schedules & service board
• Manage service online calendar
• Handle Operations Teams’ schedule and ensure the Operations Teams complete the job as per scheduled
• Issue and manage technician service cards
• Check service cards with service reports and file accordingly
• Upload and manage photo images taken daily by technicians
• Handle data entry job
• Departmental Reporting
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
