1. Handling Account Receivable (AR) & Account Payable (AP).
2. To prepare and maintain the monthly management account.
3. Daily process and update all the relevant entries in respect of payments, receipts, sales, purchase, accruals, journal entries.
4. To assist in coding and keying in transactions to the general ledger, debtors and creditors ledgers.
5. To assist in preparing company tax computations.
6. Handle all taxation and secretarial matters.
7. Daily follow up with customers on collection of outstanding accounts.
8. Responsible for day to day accounts and office administration operations.
9. To assist monthly bank reconciliation and daily cash book.
10. Performs office administrative functions such as monitoring and ordering office supplies stationery and pantry items, sorts and distribute incoming mails, coordinating with service.
11. Ensure all accounting & admin records and related documents are properly kept.
12. Commit & discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements and standards.
13. Perform other duties as assigned or needed
Others Requirement
1. Required skill(s): UBS Accounting, Full Set Account.
2. Able to manage banking transactions and bank reconciliation.
3. Good oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
4. Computer literate and has good working knowledge of MS-Office.
5. Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
6. Applicants must be willing to work in TTDI Jaya Shah Alam, Selangor.
