Provide assistance to Finance Department for timely payment, payment data entry

Job Description
• To assist in all treasury matters, fund transfer, cash flow, reports etc
• To ensure procedures and schedule analysis of general ledger, balance sheets such as
clearing accounts, liability accounts and inventory accounts
• To assist in accounting entries, tagging and taxation matters
• To follow up on payment matters, ensuring timely payment
• To perform data entry for all payment invoices
• To manage any other projects/assignments at management’s discretion from time to time

Job Requirements
• At least a Diploma / LCCI qualifications or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in related positions
• Fresh graduates/school leavers who is looking for first job experience is encouraged to apply
• Candidate with Microsoft AX system experience
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Committed and able to meet tight dateline
• Able to speak in Bahasa & English
• Candidate must be willing to work 5.5 days per week
(Mon – Fri – 8:30am ~ 5:30pm, Sat – 8:30am ~ 12:30pm)
• Candidate must be willing to work in Putra Heights and Klang area (HQ Office will be moving to
Klang by July/Aug 2016)
• Salary between RM1200 – RM1400/month
