We are looking for motivated candidate to be part of our team. Below are the job scope:-
Manage company’s account.Minimum Diploma in Accounting(or any related fields).
Can do Microsoft Office (Words and Excell).
At least 2 years Above working experience with financial accounting and admin.
-Can do of fullset of account.
-Have good personality, an honest person, Independent, responsible, committed and dedicated
-Should have knowledge UBS accounting system (or any other related software)
-To prepare daily invoice & credit note based on order from Marketing Dept and Sales.
-To check if any disputes regarding the supplier invoice and take necessary actions
-To check receivables ageing report, and make sure all due invoices are paid accordingly (call & follow up the payment status and good in collection)
– To prepare daily , weekly report and monthly report (Income Statement & Balance Sheet)
– Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
-Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, secretary and other parties on statutory compliance matters
-Relevant knowledge in GST implementation, and ensure accuracy of GST filling.Able to deal with accounting software such as SQL etc
-Salary from RM 2500 to RM 3500 based on your qualification.
