We are looking for Accountant cum HR Admin. Must possessed experience at least 1 year in accounting and HR fields.
JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS :
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Business Mgt/ HR or equivalent
– At least 1 year of working experience in accounting
– Able to handle full set of accounts
– In charge of GST input and output tax accounting and payments
– Handle company claims and petty cash
– Must be proficient in related accounting system
– Able to handle a full statutory audit assignment independently (will be added advantage)
– Candidate must have initiative hardworking and positive attitude towards work.
– Fast learner and good team player with positive working attitude, self-motivated, works efficiently and independently with less supervision.
– Handle all administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company including filing, answering telephone call, preparing letters, report and billing(Invoice, Receipt Voucher, Payment Voucher & etc)
– GOOD in computer – Words, excel and Power Point
– Own transport
– Language both written & verbal: English & Bahasa Malaysia
