– prefer to those who can work immediately

ACCOUNT CLERK (2 POSITIONS)
JOB REQUIREMENT:
– specifically for female only
– above 18 years
– recommended those with DIPLOMA in Accounting
– skilled on Microsoft Office
– Knowledge in SQL, UBS and GST system are advantageous
– positive attitude and pleasant personality
– have good communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– responsible for daily operations of Accounts (Accounts Payable and Receivable)
– Assist / handle full set of accounts
– Do filing and data entry
– AP Clerk responsible to Preparation for payment voucher, invoice and petty cash, prepare
inter- company and suppliers payment, liaise with suppliers.
– AR Clerk responsible to prepare daily report, monthly statement and etc.

SHIPPING CLERK (1 POSITION)
JOB REQUIREMENT:
– recommended those with DIPLOMA / DEGREE in related field
– recommended those experienced in UBS & SQL
– skilled on Microsoft Office
– at least two (2) years experience in Logistic / Shipping
– Required language: Mandarin, English, BM (optional preferred)
– Have good communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Liaise with internal and external stakeholder on all shipment related activities
– Plan and arrange for the delivery of goods
– Handle import & export documentations / reports
– Handle customer enquirers
– Maintain and develop good relationship with customer
– Liaise with government authorities
