To handle full set of monthly management accounts within the time frame set by the management
– Responsible for preparing/reviewing profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost
– Responsible for preparing consolidation profit and loss statements on monthly basis.
– Responsible for preparing and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries and other accounting documents.
– Responsible for planning the corporate tax, prepare/review tax computations and ensure on time submission.
– Liaising with tax agent, auditors, company secretary, bankers, lawyers, and government authorities on related job matter.
– Performing data entry, reconciling bank statements & maintaining accounting records and filing documents.
– Responsible for managing and preparing quarterly GST submission and report
– Able to work independently
– Oversee operations generally and liaise with relevant colleagues/superiors to handle problems.
– Have own transportation, preferably a car & smart-phone
– Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
– Have a good discipline, not calculative and flexible for overtime work if necessary
– Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when necessary
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Good knowledge of MYOB & MS OFFICE (Microsoft Word & Excel)
