• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting/LCCI more than 2 years related working experience.
• Familiar with computerized accounting system
• Self-motivated, independent and responsible with high level of initiative.
• Requires BM & English
• To perform general administrative, & accounting.
• Able to handle full set of accounts without supervision.
• Monthly closing of account and preparation of management report.
• Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash voucher, Journal, payslip, salary calculation, accounts receivable and processing of accounts payables and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and update of sales invoices, debit note and credit note in accounting system.
• Responsible for credit control.
• Able to handle the MYOB accounting software.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
