Handle all accounts and finance related matters. Ensure reports prepared are accurate and timely.

Job Responsibilities :-
1. Able to handle full sets of accounts including GST returns, tax & audit matters
2. Process daily receipts and bank deposit on daily basis, ensure all the cheque received has been recorded and bank in to assigned bank account.
3. Maintain audit schedule on monthly basis for balance sheet items.
4. Liaise with authorities i.e. EPF, SOCSO, LHDN
5. Prepare purchase order / delivery order / invoice / debit note / & credit note
6. Maintain the general ledger accounts and ensure proper accruals and matching of revenue and expenses
7. Process monthly closing and prepare monthly financial statement before deadlines.
8. Ensure all the reconciliation in the balance sheet items submitted together financial statement before deadlines.
9. Able to handle other ad-hoc issues / duties assigned from time to time
Requirement:-
1. At least 2 to 4 years working experience in accounting or related fields.
2. Experience in managing / handling full sets of accounts and conversant in taxation and accounting standard.
3. Preferably Chinese
3. Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
4. Possess excellent inter-personal skills, self-motivated, proactive,analytical, willing and able to work independently and under pressure
5. Computer literate (MS office software) with good knowledge in Excel and accounting software
