• To manage, monitor & coordinate all customer service related activities pertaining to Ocean shipments which include customer, shipping agents, principals
• Dealing with carriers, transporters for arrangement on rates & required service booking.
• To attend to customer & network office needs
Requirements
Working experience in clerical or administrative position Logistic & Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding or from other industries.
– Preferred languages: Mandarin, BM, English
– Computer skills: Microsoft Word & Excel
– Malaysian Female (Chinese preferred)
– Able to start work immediately
Responsibilities
1. Speak to customers and communicate their issues to the management
2. Manage accounts and provide a summary to your supervisor at the end of the day
3. Data entry and other administrative tasks assigned to you
