JOB DESCRIPTION
Account Cum Admin Executive provide admin & account support to company, undertaking clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail and basic bookkeeping. Support in additional ad-hoc work related to ecommerce / internet marketing.
Task / Responsibility.
– able to handle full sets of account with minimum supervision
– prepare timely and accurate accounts and management report
– Perform monthly bank reconciliations
– Perform journal entries
– In charge of account,audit, tax & GST related matters
– Knowledge in AutoCount preferred
– Good knowledge of MS OFFICE (Microsoft Word & Excel)
– Expected salary will be RM 1600 – RM 2200 depends on experience
– Assist in handling administrative operations
– Prepare quotation, invoice & Purchase order
– GST documentation
– Handle & Prepare Audit documents
– Preparing monthly claim, payroll, epf & socso
– Any other duties as instructed by management in the course of the operation of the company.
– SPM/STPM/Diploma
– Experience in Admin & Accounting
– Job location Taman Perindustrian Bukit Serdang
