– Able to speak & write in BM, English and Mandarin
– Willing to learn, honest, hardworking and able to work independently.

– To prepare Accounts Receivable and Payable
– To perform banking, utilities and payments.
– To perform all Book Keeping, data entry and set of accounts related works.
– Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, fax, emails, regular mails and to do typing of documents
– To handle payment vouchers, expenses claims and filling documents
– Prepare monthly salary, EPF, SOSCO, PCB and GST
– Prepare monthly billing invoice to customers
– Able to handle full set accounts is an advantages
– To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
