RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Perform data entry function accurately and efficiently by deadlines.
• Assist in daily accounting and finance activities.
• Check invoices / credit notes
• To check official receipt & perform the journal entry
• Prepare the monthly customer statement
• Prepare the monthly customer payment request form
• Maintain good filling system and proper recording of documents.
• Support month-end closing, reporting and ad-hoc tasks
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:-
• A minimum of SPM/Diploma in accounting or related field is required for this position.
• At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (e.g. pivot table, v-lookup, formulas, merge files will be added advantage)
• Proactive and good team player
• Applicants must be willing to work in Meru, Klang, Selangor
• Full Time positions available
• Preferable able to start work immediately
