Account Clerk should be able to perform the following tasks:
• Post daily transactions in to accounting system
• Reconcile bank balances & all other accounts on a daily basis
• Assist sales & admin on invoicing/billing issues
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports (income & expenses) to CEO.
• Keep up-to-date records of all company documents related to sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts etc.
• Credit controls and monitoring aging account
• Prepare & Process invoices, quotations and perform all data entry
• Other finance and accounts related functions
Account Clerk may work for one person or a group of directors. In some areas of employment, long hours of work may be required.
Personal Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Accounts/Business Management
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures and proper filing methods
• At least 1-2 years of experience in related position
• Able to read & write in English & BM
• Knowledge of business correspondence ethics
Remuneration RM 1600 per month. Working hrs Mon to Fri 9am to 5:30pm and Sat 9am to 1pm.
