i) Assist in weekly and monthly expanses claims and vendor payment processing.
ii) Ensure all accounting record is properly maintained and reconciled
iii)Maintenance of journal entries for month end closing
iv)Organize maintain accounting files and record, lease, renewal, expenses report etc.
REQUIREMENT
• Candidate must possess at lease Diploma accounting/Finance.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in related field.
• Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage.
• Articulate and with an excellent command of the English both written and spoken.
• Confident, self-motivated and performance driven open to growth and with a willing to learn.
• Able to work flexibly in a dynamic environment and must also can work under pressure and
tight deadlines.
RESPONSIBLITIES
• Assist in weekly and monthly expanses claims and vendor payment processing.
• Maintain fixed asset register and monthly depreciation schedule.
• Ensure all accounting record is properly maintained and reconciled
• Maintenance of journal entries for month end closing.
• Organize maintain accounting files and record, lease, renewal, expenses report etc.
• Assist in all other reasonable finance related matter and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
