RESPONSIBILITY
– Assist Account Executive in daily accounting matters
– Prepare daily vouchers and issuing cheque
– Assist in handling accounts payable or accounts receivable transactions and accounting queries from other departments
– To assist in maintaining the ledger system, record and report
– Assist in preparing monthly management report
– Assist in updating bank balances and reconciliations
– To make sure all document are kept in proper manner
– Update Cost Control System
– Handling AQUADAM accounting matters
– Other duties will be assigned by Managing Director and Account Executive from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum Diploma or LCCI in accounting, finance or banking
– Minimum 1 year working experience in similar position
– Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. Excel, Word, Accounting Software MYOB, UBS)
– Meticulous and ability to perform job with accuracy
– Fresh Graduates are welcome
